KONI Warranty Conditions
KONI Australia warranty, provided by Toperformance Products
KONI shock absorbers sold by Northman are covered by the KONI Australia warranty, provided by Toperformance Products, the Australian distributor of KONI. This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Warranty periods
Limited lifetimePassenger car and 4WD shock absorbers
2 years, unlimited kmKONI STR.T (Street) shock absorbers
1 year, unlimited kmCommercial vehicle shock absorbers
1 year, unlimited kmFitting parts (bushes and rubbers)
What isn't covered
The warranty doesn't apply to:
- Racing or competition use
- Modified vehicles
- Products owned by a previous owner. The warranty applies to the original purchaser only.
- Stock not sourced through KONI Australia. Only Australian-sourced stock is covered.
How to make a claim
- Make your claim within 30 days of the failure.
- Include proof of purchase, such as your Northman order number.
