    • your vehicle details and how the vehicle is used

  • Photos and videos

    When we reply, we'll ask for clear photos or videos of the part, the problem area and how it's fitted. Most claims are diagnosed from these.

    KONI STR.T: 2 years. KONI GTS: 3 years. Commercial vehicles: 1 year. All unlimited km.

    Manufacturing defects

    Ball joints, tie rod ends, Duroballs and links: 3 years / 60,000 km.

  • Lifetime

    Whiteline bushing kits

    Performance products: 3 years

    Fitting kits: 1 year from installation.

Warranty terms and exclusions vary by brand and are listed in the Warranty Information tab on each product page. Exclusions include incorrect installation, modification, collision or abuse, and using a part for an application it wasn't designed or advertised for. Not sure a part suits your vehicle? Ask us before you buy: if your vehicle is not in the list, we cannot guarantee fitment. Our warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
