About these lower trailing arms
The Whiteline KTA158 fixed rear lower trailing arm kit is made from tubular DOM steel with forged ends for optimal strength, and comes as a pair of fixed arms. The grease free, non bonded bushings let the crush tubes free float, which removes bushing wind and snapback and adds handling predictability. It addresses the traction and wheel hop problems of the stock arms.
The S197 chassis' stock lower control arms leave much to be desired and contribute to the inherent traction and wheel hop problems from the factory. Whiteline's lower control arms are made from tubular DOM steel tubes with Forged Ends for optimal strength and feature our Giiro bushings engineered specifically for this application. Our Grease Free, non-bonded bushing design allows the crush tubes to free float, eliminating bushing wind and snapback, increasing handling predictability, and eliminating maintenance and NVH.
