The Bilstein B6 front shock is matched to the Patrol GQ from standard height up to a 50mm lift. It keeps the steering settled and the front end controlled over gravel roads, ruts and rocky climbs, even with a steel bar, winch and driving lights fitted.
We use this shock in our matched lift kits for the Patrol GQ, and you can buy it on its own to replace a worn shock or upgrade the standard one.
